Professional from start to finish. Excellent customer service. Jennifer (sales agent) took her time, even outside office hours to make sure I was happy. Mike (owner?) was very patient as I was doubting my choice and offered solutions while keeping the price down and the fitters were courteous, quick and clean. Then there was a follow up service when the work was to check I was happy and that everything was as it should be. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

We have just got new windows and a new front door. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement!
Maria came out to the house and went through our options. Maria had sample windows, lots of obscure glass options for bathrooms/landing windows, brochures for door options and even had a heater to demonstrate what the new windows would be like.
The two gentlemen, Slawek & Eamon, who did the installation were fantastic. They cleaned as they went along. I can honestly say I was dreading getting the work done, I really didn't need to be concerned.
We did get similar quotes, however, we were told that we'd need to have a trim around the inside of the windows as decor would be damaged during installation. I'd rather redecorate than look at a trim for the next 20 years! As it turns out, all of our tiles are fine. Some touch up with paint required which is to be expected. Again, nothing like I had imagined.
