We needed new windows in our house, 7 in total. Contacted this company after a web search of suppliers. From the outset they were very professional, friendly and they listened to our requirements.

Windows were ordered and fitting date arranged. communication from the office was excellent, with any minor changes in the spec accommodated with no problems. A small price increase was required due to the spec we wanted, but this was heavily discounted as it was on addition to the quote we originally received.
Fitting was a a dream, the two fitters arrived when they said they would, cleaned up as they went along and their care and attention to detail was second to none. You could not find two more accommodating tradesmen anywhere. The fitting was scheduled to take a day and a half but they stayed late to complete it in one day which was a massive bonus for us. They were incredibly patient with my children who were fascinated with the work and must have asked them a thousand times 'why are you doing that?'. Ray and Martin are the best ambassadors any company could get. They even repaired our front door handle and lock, and adjusted the door hinges to make it work more smoothly when they noticed it was a bit wonky. Note this was not a door supplied by them, we were only getting windows!
The windows themselves are fantastic, the design is beautiful, the finish is to a very high standard and the installation is exemplary. Value for money indeed. Their quotes were comparable with most of the other suppliers we contacted but i would be surprised if there was a company offering a better customer service experience out there.
